We now have available two additional elements to make the connection between Ready Employ and ready workforce more profound.

We have support for additional details to be captured during recruitment and onboarding to be populated into the staff details of new employees. These are usually defined and configured during implementation. Existing customers who have an integration set up and are looking to extend the details captured can work with their Customer Success Manager to work through this.

Identifying returning employees is now significantly easier. We have released candidate matching which allows Ready Employ to take candidate information captured during the application process to determine if they are a potential match to existing current and historic employees in Ready Workforce.

When matched, the employee reference from Ready Workforce is made available in Ready Employ and the candidate is flagged with RWF to indicate they already have a record in Ready workforce. We also pull through if they have been flagged as “Do Not Hire”.
