Working with customers which have distinct seasonal hiring needs has highlighted a challenge on how to get people who are not technically inclined into Ready Employ so they can go through our hiring and onboarding processes.
We have developed a way to allow anyone to apply for a job using a device that is available, we have created a way for recruitment teams to remove the barrier of needing an email address to register with the job board to be able to apply for a job. This means the recruitment team can move candidates through the process and then capture an email address or provide additional support to have the candidate register only when it’s needed to be onboarded.
Candidates who have come through this method are flagged with the NR code for No Registration for visibility within the process for recruitment teams for reporting and to provide additional support if needed.
