The Ready Workforce Performance module allows you to complete these processes in the system so that the employees are held in a single place and the reporting lines are already established. This webinar will provide an overview of the Performance Management and review modules available in Ready Workforce including:

- How to allocate and complete a Performance Review
- How to complete performance notes and conversations
- Reporting on Performance Items
Registration for bookings will be available up to three business days prior to the date of the course. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been made. Payment must be made in full, three business days prior to the course date.
Cancellations with a full refund will be accepted up to three business days prior to the date of the course. Cancellations within three business days will attract a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course cost.
ReadyTech Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel a scheduled course and when possible notify all registered attendees not later than three business days prior to the commencement of the course.
ReadyTech Pty Ltd will transfer registered attendees to another learning course date of your choosing or provide a full refund.
ReadyTech Pty Ltd liability is limited to providing an alternative course date or a full refund.
