Ready Employ’s Online Appointment Scheduler Module provides an online appointment-setting process for managing bookings in an open active diary. This is extremely useful when organising interviews and training programs.

Event (Appointment) Set-Up
Using the event organiser, you can set up multiple events across multiple locations and timeframes.
There are no limits to the number of events you can create.
Event Communication
All attendees and event managers will receive communications about the event (appointment), including dates and timeslots.
All participants will be able to add the time selected to their personal calendars.
Participant Management
From any candidate or staff list within the system, you can add a new participant to an event.
Online Appointment Setting
Invitees will receive an email linking to an online time slot calendar. As availability decreases so do the options for the invitee.
Invited attendees can, where an option is given, select a time and location that best suits their availability.
Event Manager
Staff members assigned to the event can access attendee lists and view information about the attendees and the event.
All information is available online using any device including the attendee list, times, locations and other event details.
