You can post your vacancies to other recruitment websites directly from Ready Employ and use your system as a processing hub.

Job Seeker Self-Service

Job Seekers and Applicants can self-manage their online profile plus view application history and communications.

Social Media Integration

You can post your vacancies to social media plus job seekers can share your vacancies with friends.

Applicant Processing

Process applicants to a set-by-step workflow relevant to the vacancy. Multiple workflows can be set up by the system administrator and assigned to different job types.

Application Pre-Screening

Create knock-out screening questions to filter applicants into groups to assist applicant processing.

Candidate Analysis

Create reports comparing applicant skills, background and other attributes using a like-for-like template.

Reporting

Management reporting includes ‘time to fill’, ‘placement tracking’, ‘site statistics’ and ‘advertising media success’ and other reporting.

Talent Database

Create and nurture a talent pool of future employees. Produce hotlists of candidates in targeted job groups for quick recall.

High-Value Candidates

Maintain a greater level of communication and access to highly valued candidates.

Candidate Search
