What is the Leave Management feature?

Ready Workforce has a flexible and configurable leave management tool that gives access to employee leave balance and the ability to design an automated workflow for leave approvals.

As an administrator, processing employee leave requests can be a time-consuming and complex task. With this module, you can easily view the leave requests and apply for or approve leave on behalf of employees. We can also help you set up rules for how certain types of leave should be treated based on your requirements such as vacation days and whether they can be taken in conjunction with sick days.

Additionally, you can enter hours of part day/or select half day mode so that you always know exactly how much time each employee has taken off from work. This module makes it easy for administrators to manage their employees’ leave applications efficiently and effectively!

With this functionality, you’ll be able to easily identify when an employee has requested or taken vacation days, sick days, or other types of leaves based on their work type or department. This information can be used to help plan ahead and make sure there are enough staff members available when needed.
